High Ductility QuantaPEEK extruded rod, plates and tubular bars achieve a higher level of mechanical toughness and much less brittleness than conventional PEEK stock shapes. Extruded from both KetaSpire® KT-810 and Vestakeep® 5000G resins, High Ductility QuantaPEEK stock shapes offer improved fatigue performance, high collapse pressure resistance and significantly improved ductility. High Ductility QuantaPEEK stock shapes machine as easily as conventional PEEK. Applications include sealing rings, compressor parts, valve parts and back-up rings. Rods are available from 1/2” to 10” diameter. Plates are available from ½” to 6” thick in widths 12”, 18” and 24” widths. Heavy wall tubular bars are available on a custom basis.
